One special characteristic of successful people (no matter how you define the word) is that they have an certain resolve about them. They seem to thrive in challenges while others are complaining about the situation or often the unfair rules of the game. The people that move up are the ones who most quickly move on. They acknowledge the challenges that exist but face them head on and win or lose the most important thing is that they proactively look for "whats next."
